Which is the minimum quantity of customized envelopes/gift bags that I can purchase?
Cantitatea minima de comanda la plicuri personalizate este de 1000buc, iar de pungi personalizate este de 500buc. La cantitati mai mari, costurile de productie si tiparire se reduc, deci pretul va fi mai avantajos. De exemplu, costul de tiparire pentru un tiraj de 2000 fata de un tiraj de 1000buc este redus la jumatate.

Care Sunt costurile de procesare a comenzilor personalizate ?
Pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor datorate machetarii si realizarii filmelor se percepe o taxa de 6 EUR/macheta. Aceasta taxa se percepe o singura data pe grafica, deci la nu mai apare la repetarea comenzii.
How is my order delivered?
Livrarea plicurilor se face prin curierat rapid de a doua zi (Nemo), transporturi pentru plicuri/pungi personalizate si plicuri de stoc (in valoare minima de 600RON) este suportat de catre noi. Pentru comenzi mai mici de aceasta valoare costul de transport este de 10RON pe livrare

Payments are made either by check or by BO – 30 days payment time, at delivery.

The production takes place in Bucharest, and from there they are sent out to the entire country.
What is the full background?
TheFull background is the cover of the entire envelope surface with color.
What is polichrom?
The Polichromy is the process of obtaining the desired image through a mix of 4 colors : Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK)
What is the Pantone code?
Codul Pantone contine 14 culori de baza (definite) care prin mixarea lor dau ca rezultat multitudinea de culori organizate in Pantonar. Acestea sunt culori speciale (mixate) de diferite nuante si fiecare are propriul cod bine definit.
In what form should I give you the graphics?
The graphics should be a .cdr file converted to curves (Corel).
Which is the interior/exterior of the envelope?
The exterior of the envelope is where you write the addresses and other messages, the interior is which contains the information you are sending.
What kind of envelopes can be produced?
Any kind! Given the fact that we are producers, we can adapt to any of your needs, practically anything is possible!
